GVC is part of the Association of Italian NGOs - AOI – which supports and fosters coordination and exchange of experiences between the Italian organization for international cooperation and solidarity. It also disseminates and supports international cooperation culture and politicies in order to enhance, advocate and support the defense and promotion of fundamental rights of individuals and people.
GVC joined Link 2007 – Networked Cooperation, an initiative aiming at expanding NGO’s role for the promotion of development policies and cooperation at institutional level. The major Italian organizations are all part of Link 2007
GVC is observant member of Grupo Sur, a political alliance amongs european NGOs with similar strategies and objectives. In facing North-South challenges, Grupo Sur want to build a new political alternative based on the invisible rights of people and developement.
GVC is partner of Fair Trade Italy.
